Update from Albuquerque National Weather Service:
"2:22 PM Storms with heavy rainfall, gusty winds, and frequent lightning will march east toward the Rio Grande Valley thru 5pm. Localized flooding is possible. Keep and eye to the sky and stay away from arroyos."
