District 5 will begin the third phase of the Hybrid Mill & Inlay project on March 24, 2025, and it is expected to continue until May 2025. This phase will involve the refurbishment of La Casa de Prasa Dr and 38th St. The work will include the removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and the curb and gutter where necessary.
