Sandoval County Commissioners participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for Sandoval Flats on February 5, 2025. Vice Chair Jordan Juarez of District 4 and Commissioner Katherine A. Bruch of District 1 were present at the event.
The Sandoval Flats project is a development by housing developer Dominium. It will provide 216 new affordable apartment units with options ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments. The complex is located near NM 528 and Idalia Road.
