The City of Rio Rancho has announced an upgrade to its Utilities Contact Center phone system scheduled for December 10, 2024. During the transition, a brief downtime of approximately 20-30 minutes is expected. Residents who encounter difficulties reaching the center by phone are encouraged to wait and try again after this period.
City officials assure that offices will remain open during regular business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for those requiring in-person assistance. "Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our services," stated a city representative.
