Jane Powdrell-Culbert, who served as a New Mexico State Representative for the 44th District from 2003 to 2023, accepted the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Proclamation. The presentation was made by sponsor Commissioner Jay C. Block of District 2 during the Sandoval County Board of County Commissioners Meeting on January 10, 2024.
The meeting also included Chair David Heil of District 4, Commissioner Joshua A. Jones of District 5, Vice Chair Michael Meek of District 3, and Commissioner Katherine A. Bruch of District 1.
