The City of Rio Rancho is preparing to host its annual Fall Festival, an event open to the public and suitable for families. The festival will be held at City Center on Saturday, October 19, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Attendees can enjoy various activities such as carnival games, pumpkin carving, and trunk or treating. Participants of all ages are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes.
