The City of Rio Rancho has announced plans to commemorate Veterans Day on November 11th with a parade and a special ceremony. The parade is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. and will proceed along Southern Blvd., between Country Club Drive and Pinetree Road. During the event, this section of Southern Blvd. will be closed to traffic.
After the parade, around 11 a.m., a ceremony will be held at Veterans Monument Park, which is situated off Pinetree Road.
