The Sandoval County Public Safety Building officially opened on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham was the special guest speaker at the event. Commission Chair David J. Heil and Sheriff Jesse James Casaus also addressed the crowd. Wayne Johnson, County Manager, welcomed attendees to the new building located at 7255 Oersted Rd., Bernalillo, N.M.
The facility houses both the Sheriff’s Office and the county Emergency Operations Center.
