Check this out, Rio Rancho. MaxPreps posted this short video -- "10 Amazing High School Baseball Fields" -- and the Rio Rancho High School stadium is the first to appear on the video. Congrats to coach Ron Murphy, the RRHS administration, Rio Rancho voters and the RRPS school board, as well as anyone else connected with how this became a reality! If you go back to the Rams' debut season of 1998, they were playing on a Little League field at the Rio Rancho Sports Complex! BTW: Big game at RRHS tonight, when the Cleveland Storm visit in an important District 1-5A ballgame.
