On September 25, 2025, Block wrote about the impact of medical malpractice on healthcare access and invited constituents to share their experiences: “I keep talking about medical malpractice and how it affects your care and access. I will be on a panel Monday, 29 Sep from 1-4PM at the Sandoval County Commission chambers.
