State Senator Jay Block, a Republican legislator from New Mexico, shared a series of posts on his social media account addressing topics related to election integrity and the investigation into former President Donald Trump.
On July 19, 2025, Block questioned the conduct of Democratic officials in relation to the Trump investigation. He wrote, “So the Dems accused Trump of what they were doing? Old trick. Later that day, Block commented on election procedures and eligibility requirements for voters. In his post he stated, “Thank you! Just please make sure we kick off those not qualified by law and keep those on that are legal and eligible. The American people deserve perfection in elections.”
On July 20, 2025, Block posted a brief message containing only a heart emoji: “”
Senator Jay Block has been an advocate for election security measures and transparency in government investigations. His comments reflect ongoing national debates about election laws and the legacy of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
