RISING STAR AWARD
The Sandoval County Board of County Commissioners presented Cassandra Herrera, Director of Finance, (center) with the Rising Star Award from the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration’s Local Government Division during the December 14, 2022, Commission Meeting. This award recognizes local governments that demonstrated progress in budget management standards, improved quality of budgets, and financial reporting.
