Registration opens for Rio Rancho Veterans Day Parade and ceremony

Registration is now open for those wishing to participate in the City of Rio Rancho’s Veterans Day Parade, scheduled for Tuesday, November 11. Interested individuals or groups can sign up to join the parade by visiting www.rrnm.gov/ActiveNet.

The parade line-up will begin at 8 a.m. on the west side of Country Club Drive. The procession is set to start at 10 a.m., moving east along Southern Boulevard and ending at Veterans Monument Park near the intersection with Pinetree Road.

After the parade, a Veterans Day Ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. at Veterans Monument Park, next to Esther Bone Memorial Library. The ceremony will include several guest speakers.
