State Senator Jay Block has used his social media platform to communicate holiday greetings, personal updates, and a commitment to constituent engagement in recent days.

On April 5, 2026, Block posted, “Jennifer and I want to wish you and your family a Happy Easter. We look forward to getting back to beautiful New Mexico tomorrow. #happyeaster #HeIsRisen https://t.co/UsEMpcI0N5”.

The following day, on April 6, 2026, Block responded to another post with a brief message: “Hope so! https://t.co/bmZzOyiicS”.

Continuing his outreach efforts, Block wrote on April 8, 2026: “It has been one of my priorities to make sure I am communicating with you as much information as possible. I promised that during the campaign and I will continue to deliver on that promise. Many of you have recently received a letter from me detailing major legislation this past https://t.co/tpa7MvWsHr”.

Block, a Republican elected in 2025 to represent New Mexico’s 12th Senate district after succeeding Jerry Ortiz y Pino, has emphasized transparency and communication as central elements of his legislative approach.
