Cross My Paws Animal Rescue will hold an adoption event tomorrow from 11 am to 3 pm at the Petsense Rio Rancho location.
“Please stop by if you’re looking for a new addition to your family or simply want to say “hello” and give some love to some awesome animals. Either way, we hope to see you,” Petsense said in a Facebook post.
Millions of dogs go without homes every year according to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
So there will be plenty of puppies and dogs looking for homes.
According to Cross My Paws’ website they try to help everyone recognize the inherent worth and dignity of all animals by providing the resources and education to ensure our rescues find compassionate homes and lead healthy, happy lives.
Not only do they want their rescues to be adopted but they also want people to foster them in the mean time.
The next event will be on Dec. 10.
